Ans: No, it has been pushed lower.
Thoughts: The long term lines indicated a resistant at the top, although short term lines and price pattern showed a possibility to go up, but knocked back by the resistants.
New question, if the trend is going lower or keep sideway?

Guess, need to see if it breaks the support as we can see the long term lines are very struggled.
